Period of Internship:

USIDHR is a 12 weeks internship at our D.C. office. Hybrid 2 days in the office and remotely.  Internships last a minimum of 11 weeks and interns are required to work 20-35 hours per week.

Interns Duties

Intern will assist USIDHR with a variety of analytical tasks, social media content creation, and blog writing to increase the organization’s perceptibility. The following responsibilities can be modified, as proper, to fit each intern.

Requirements

  • BA Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (i.e. International Relations, Social Studies, or Law, Sociology, Political Science)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Communication Skills
  • Knowledge in blog writing or professional writing
  • Brilliant administrative skills
  • Acute intelligent
  • Have an established intense concentration in the field of human rights and diplomacy and have an individual obligation to the principles of a better and peaceful world
  • Be computer knowledgeable in standard software application
