Financial Benefits:
Students can start their education in Thailand without any difficulty. The universities provide different financial benefits to students when they apply for scholarships. The financial benefits are as follows:
- Students get free return tickets to travel back to their country and pick up service from the airport.
- Living Allowance of 7,000 Baht per Month for a complete degree.
- Accommodation Allowance of 7,000 Baht per Month in the Local Province or 9,000 Baht per Month in Bangkok and Phuket.
- Defrayal Money: 6,000 Baht on their first advent to Thailand.
- Books Allowance: 10,000 Baht per year. (Only for 4 semesters degree program for Master’s degree)
- Thesis allowance of 20,000 Baht for required research or data collection and a huge sum amount of 12,000 Baht for thesis binding and printing or 8,000 Baht for self-governing study (IS) printing.
- Tuition Fee: candidates’ tuition fee will be straightly compensated by TICA, excluding tackle insurance fee, transcript, and certificate fee

Duration of Thai Scholarship:
The duration of the scholarship depends upon the degree program you select. Some of the universities provide 15 months and 1-year diplomas for them scholarship will be for 1 year or if you choose a master’s degree program that has 4 semesters and two years of course then the scholarship will be for two years.

There are 24 total universities that offer scholarships to master degree students. There is a list of the subject that students may choose for a master’s program. These are:

- Agriculture and Food Security
- Public Health
- Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP)
- Bio-Circular-Green Economy Model and Others (SDGs)
Documents Required:
Students are in need of the following documents when they apply for the scholarship:
- TIPP Thailand Scholarship Application Form
- Medical Report
- Transcript of Bachelor’s Degree
- Certificate of Bachelor’s degree
- English test scores (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS)
- Recommendation Letter (At least 3 people)
- Thesis proposal or other documents (As university request).
Eligibility Criteria for Thailand Government Scholarships:
Students must follow the eligibility criteria to be among the selected students:
- Students from all over the world are eligible to apply for scholarships.
- Students must have 16 years of complete education from a reputed university.
- The students must be below 40 to apply for a master’s degree.
- The students have a good command of the English language.
Restrictions:
- Choose the program and if you start your education in the program then you are not allowed to change the program
- No part-time jobs are allowed for students.
- Full-time classes are mandatory for students.
- No family members are allowed to stay with the candidates during their semester.
Application Deadline:
The universities have different last dates to apply for the scholarship. But most of the universities close their application form before 15th May 2023. So apply before the last date so you don’t miss the chance.
